Partner placing the information on his organization in business-portal carries all liability for reliability of information submitted.
Third party may not register the organization.
Officially registration is accepted by e-mail as well on paper, ratified by signature of head and seal of organization registered.
Administration of portal is obliged to take all necessary efforts for reliable 24-hour a day functioning of system, but it doesn’t carry liability for cases of default and breaks occurred in work due to the actions of provider and/or any other structures, including due to the consequences of nature or material catastrophes ad extraordinary situations.
Business-portal shall not place information contradicting legislation of Azerbaijan Republic, also contradicting generally accepted norms of etiquette and moral.
Administration of the business-portal is entitled to edit all information submitted with purpose of increase of keywords and text.
